One visit every seven days matches how fast a single unit fills under normal daily use by a small crew. If you run a bigger crew or a heavy-traffic unit, twice-weekly or three-times-weekly service fits better; a single weekly stop on a busy unit is the exact mistake that leaves a tank overflowing before the truck comes back. We tell you which cadence your headcount actually needs on the on-site visit, not after the fact.

Heat is the reason we treat the cleaning half of this seriously. Goodyear runs past 105°F for weeks at a stretch, and a tank that would coast for a week in mild weather turns sour faster when it bakes. Our weekly stop is a full reset, not a splash-and-go: we pump the tank down completely, recharge the deodorizer, refill the freshwater for the sink and flush, and wipe the seat and interior surfaces.
